Most who know me know that I got the trait from my mother that I LOVE to sleep. Even though I have a job that still has me pulling all-nighters at times I just love to sleep. I have had people ask me if I was depressed or do I have a disorder. My answer is that any chance for a nap or not getting up before 10a.m., I am all over it. Because let me tell you when I don’t get my sleep I feel like I have every disorder on the planet.
I never really knew how important sleep was in my life until meeting my trainer and he educated me on how a lack of sleep can affect weight gain. I’m sure most parents are well aware of this. Don’t know how my mom did it with seven of us. I just look at myself as needing a good work out or a good vitamin.
But if you don’t believe me - just ask my brother!
